The Lady Royals opened Softball season at Pace Thursday night, Feb. 16. They were unable to get any offense going and lost in the varsity game 3-0. The Junior Varsity consisting of mostly 9th grade and below for Jay played Pace and were defeated 9-0 in their first game.
The Central Lady Jags Softball team had a disappointing first game. The cold weather on Monday did not help the girls. They held Baker to only 7 hits but gave up 7 errors in the loss.
