Garcia & English Capture Wins for Jay

Justice Garcia and Kathryn English captured the first set wins for Jay High in the Tennis match against Milton High Pathers Friday afternoon.  In the first year of the tennis program at Jay, Coach Melvin Kersey tells his players to keep the ball in play and let the opposing player make the mistake.  Each time a player wins a set  the team earns points toward winning the match.  These wins represent improvement and bring the team closer to winning a match.
