Jay-On Thursday, the City of Jay shut down Commerce Street to celebrate the school’s first softball state championship. Jay defeated Fort White 6-5 to win two weeks ago. Other students were honored as well for achieving state honors in their respective clubs and sports including FFA, Drama, Cross Country, Weightlifting, and SGA.

The Jay Lady Royals Softball Team will be playing Liberty County today for a chance to play in the State Championship game for the 2nd consecutive year.
