Arrant signs Cheer Scholarship with TROY

Carsen Arrant, Jay High senior, signed to cheer with Troy University on Friday at Jay High surrounded by family,friends, and fellow cheerleaders.  She will join the Trojans in the fall.             Carsen is the daughter of Chad and Sandy Arrant.
