Town mourns passing of JD Bray

JD Bray, 91, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2011.  JD was the mayor of Jay for 46 years starting his office in 1956.  He had stated about his long tenure, “I loved every minute of it”.  He held the record for serving in the office of Mayor for the longest continuous period of time.
