Bliss Boutique’s Grand Opening is today, Friday Sept. 9 at 2:30. Bliss Boutique offers personalized items, tanning, home decore and much more. All embriodary work is done there at the shop so you can order specialized items. You can pick up your game day shirts for the Royals or your favorite college team.
