The Royals fought off the rain and Freeport.  Both teams swept Freeport 7-0 Boys:  Goodson vs. Kutz 8-0, Trevino vs. Vandrmate, Paramore vs Cuchens, Garcia vs. Lenior, Wolfe (forfeit); doubles- Goodson/Trevino vs Kutz/Vandermate, and Paramore/Garcia vs. Cuchens/Lenior.  All matches were 8-0. Central -Jay baseball

Jags and Royals faced off on the baseball field at Central Monday night.  In JV action, the Royals won 5-1.  Logan Dobson was the winning pitcher for Jay.  The varsity game was a close one with a one point difference.  The Royals defeated the Jags  4-3.  Hunter Vaughn pictched all seven innings for Jay.

Central teams take down Bethlehem

Central Jags faced off against  Bethlehem on the softball and baseball fields tonight.  The varsity softball team won 4-2.  The boys took control of the game not allowing a single run.  The final score was 14-0.

Central’s JV baseball wins!

Central’s Jr. Varsity baseball team defeated W.S. Neal in a double header held at Central yesterday.  The scores  were 7-6 in the first game and 8-1 in the second.  Photos of the baseball and softball games are in the photo galleries.

Jay’s Gillman signs with JDCC
