Baptist Health Care Selects Keith Strickling to Serve as Jay Hospital Administrator

PENSACOLA, FLA. (March 1, 2023) – Keith Strickling has been selected to serve as the Administrator of Jay Hospital. Keith has over 27 years of experience in the health care field. All those years have been spent working for Baptist Health Care.
Keith has worked in different financial roles at both Atmore Community Hospital and Jay Hospital. Prior to becoming administrator, he served as the controller of Jay Hospital for almost 12 years. As the controller, Keith served as a member of the hospital leadership team, prepared the financial and statistical analysis, budgets, forecasts and proformas for the hospital and managed the overall direction, coordination, and operations of various departments within the hospital including accounting, materials management, business office, registration, medical records and the Century Medical Center.
Keith serves as a member of the Jay Chamber of Commerce, Century Chamber of Commerce, and several national health associations. He also is the executive director of the Northwest Florida Rural Health Network.
Keith earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting at Troy University and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of West Florida.
