Matthew Saylor Receives Terrace Scholar Athlete Award

Matthew Saylor was sleeted as the recipient of this years Terrace Scholar Athlete Award. The award, which is in its second year of existence, includes proclamation, a medal, a plaque displayed inside The Terrace in Jay, and a $2,000 scholarship. The Terrace Athlete Award will be an annual award presented to a Jay High School student who excels in academics, athletics, leadership, and volunteer hours in community and school.
