Elizabeth Smith age 67 of Jay FL passed away Tuesday March 28. 2017 in Jay FL. A visitation will be held from 6-8 pm Friday March 31.2017. A funeral service will be held 2pm Saturday April 1.2017 and both will be held in our chapel. A full obituary will be forthcoming.
