Quick Responding Deputies Apprehend Fleeing Robbery Suspect

PENSACOLA, Fla. – Shortly before 11:00 this morning, deputies responded to a business at 5330 Mobile Highway. A man, later identified as Keith Okeyvian Brown, 21, had attempted to enter the building. Finding the door to be locked, he smashed it with a brick, entered the business and demanded the cash register to be opened. Employees, in fear, fled the business through the back; the suspect chasing them.
Quickly responding deputies located Brown a block away, where he was positively identified by the victims and arrested.
Brown faces charges of Attempted Robbery, Deadly Misses and Criminal Mischief.
