Church Safety and Security Workshop July 2

In light of the recent tragedy in South Carolina, The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office would like to invite all Ministers, Vestry Members and other concerned Church members to attend a special conference, “Security in the Place of Worship” on Thursday, at 6:00 pm, at the ECSO Main Administration Building, 1700 West Leonard Street.
“Our places of worship are safe havens, a sanctuary where the community worships and experiences fellowship free from worries about violence, theft or unethical behavior,” says Sheriff David Morgan, “I encourage all citizens to “arm” themselves with the knowledge necessary to prevent fraud, theft and other crimes.”
The workshop is free and is designed to assist you in efforts to reduce crime in our places of worship and in our community.
