WEEKLY ACTIVITIES AT THE MILTON COMMUNITY CENTER

Cards, yoga, and line dancing just to name a few

The following activities are scheduled to occur the week of May 12 – May 16 at the Milton Community Center.

Monday – May 12

9 a.m. – Cards and games for seniors. Come out and enjoy games and refreshments at the Milton Community Center. This is a free activity.

10 a.m. – Line Dancing: Kick up your heels and learn a few dance steps in the Milton Community Center Gym. Class is $5.

6 p.m. – Zumba: Enjoy the fast pace of dancing and exercise all in one activity. Class is $5.

Tuesday – May 13

9 a.m. – Yoga: An enjoyable exercise class for all skill levels. A relaxing and beneficial hour. Class is $5.

6 p.m. – Yoga: An enjoyable exercise class for all skill levels. A relaxing and beneficial hour. Class is $5.

Wednesday – May 14

2 p.m. – Ballroom Dancing: Learn the popular dance steps to the Samba, Salsa, and other popular ball room dances. Class is $5.

6 p.m. – Yoga: An enjoyable exercise class for all skill levels. A relaxing and beneficial hour. Class is $5.

Thursday – May 15

6:30 p.m. – Line Dancing: Practice your dance steps in the Milton Community Center. A fun enjoyable way to get some exercise. Class is $5.

Friday – May 16

8:30 a.m. to noon – Senior Volleyball. This is a co-ed activity for seniors and everyone is welcome to come out and enjoy the event or look to become a participant.

9 a.m. – Yoga: An enjoyable exercise class for all skill levels. A relaxing and beneficial hour. Class is $5.

noon – Cards and games for seniors. Come out and enjoy games and refreshments at the Milton Community Center. This is a free activity.

The Milton Community Center is looking to add more activities and will announce them through this calendar. If you would like to suggest an event or activity please call Bill Gamblin at 983-5466.
