CPR Saves Lives…Class to be offered

Baptist Health Care is offering free cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) classes focusing on adult CPR with an emphasis on the use of automatic external defibrillators (AEDs). Cardiac arrests are more common than you think, and can happen to anyone at any time. According to the American Heart Association nearly 383,000 out-of-hospital sudden cardiac arrests occur annually, and 88 percent of cardiac arrests occur at home.

Class includes a book and participation card. This course is not for individuals in clinical fields, and clinical credentialing is not provided.
