Jay Girls Advance in District Tourney

The Lady Royals kept their winning streak going (4) tonight as they took down the Northview Chiefs. In a game that was moved up a day to beat the winter weather headed our way, the Royals handled the Chiefs, 46-33. Carissa Mulford started the night off for the Royals scoring 9 of the Royals’ 13 first quarter points. Emily Dobson added 11, shooting 7 for 8 from the free throw line. The Royals now will advance in the district tourney and take on  the #1 seeded Holmes County  Blue Devils at Holmes County on Thursday, at 730.
