EREC prepares for Storm

Escambia River Electric Cooperative, Inc. (EREC) is ready to respond should Tropical Storm Karen cause damage to the EREC power system. Our employees are well trained and have the resources to repair our system as soon as the storm has safely passed. We have additional crews and equipment from other electric cooperatives ready to assist if needed. Safety is the number one priority of your electric cooperative, and it should be for you, too. Members are encouraged to stay abreast of storm developments and take necessary safety precautions.
