SR 89 wreck claims life of Jay man

Robert Rowley,67, of Jay, has died from injuries he received in a crash on SR 89 earlier. Rowley was traveling westbound on SR89 in the westbound travel lane approaching Howard Ln. , he drifted to the left across the center line and across the

eastbound lane of SR89.  The vehicle left the roadway and traveled onto the eastbound shoulder,

 struck a road sign on the eastbound shoulder and then struck a utility pole. The impact of this

collision caused the vehicle to overturn onto its left side. It came to final rest on the eastbound

shoulder of SR89 facing west.
