Update on Owen Black Search Effort from Sheriff David Morgan

“We are currently conducting an intense search effort for Owen Black who has been missing since approximately 5:00 pm yesterday afternoon. It is my honor to announce our partnership with the following agencies: Florida Marine Patrol, the U.S. Navy, Civil Air Patrol, Escambia Search and Rescue, the U.S. Coast Guard, the Klaas Foundation, the Navy and Escambia County Fire Departments, local media outlets and the Search Rescue units from Orange Beach, Mobile, Baldwin County and Bay County. I would also like to thank the Happy Harbor Coffee Shop as well as the many volunteers have come forward to assist in the search and those that are following and sharing information via social media.
