Royal tennis splits with Tigers

The tennis teams split with TR Miller, boys won 9-0 and girls lost 7-2.

Boys singles:  Goodson over Carlson 9-8, Trevino over Carlson 8-0, Paramore over Tricich 8-0, Garcia over Terry 8-3, Wolfe over Hart 8-0, K. Caraway over Guthery 8-2.  Doubles: Goodson/Trevino over Carlson/Carlson 8-0, Paramore/Garcia over Guthery/Cave 8-0, Ashworth/McCaskill  also won 8-3.

Girls singles:   Manning over Hendricks 8-2, Altster over E. Russell 8-0, Casey over Owens 8-3, A. Russell over McConaghy 8-2, Peace over English 8-6, Wade over R. Andrews 8-3,  Doubles: Hendricks/E. Russell lost to Manning/Altster 8-4, Owens/A. Russell beat Simes/Reiss 8-6, Peace/Wade over English/Mack 8-3.

The Royals will play Pace on March 26th.
