Charles C. Welch age 85 of Milton, Florida died on January 24, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, Norma and Nelva; daughter, Brenda Norris and son, Donnie. She is survived by wife, Charlotte Welch; 3 daughters, Penny (Walter) Hocker of Indiana, Pat (Mark)Koch of Indiana and Libby (John) Sanchez of Dothan; one brother, Glenn (June) Welch of Herdon,Virginia; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild. A service will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Jay Funeral Home.
