Santa Rosa Clerk of Court and Comptroller Announces Paperless Tax Deed Process

Donald C. Spencer, Santa Rosa County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller announces that effective January 30, 2013 tax deeds will be paperless.  The public will be able to view the tax deed files online as well as at the Clerk’s Office located at 6495 Caroline Street, Suite A, Milton, Florida and at the Santa Rosa County South End Service Center, at 5841 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, Florida.  Both locations are open from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.  The advantage of the new system is that it will streamline the tax deed process as well as save on future printing and operating expenses.
