JES/PTO Relay for Life

Cancer has affected most people in one way or another.  The JES/PTO Relay for Life Team Royals is raising funds for the American Cancer Society to use in cancer research and other needed areas.  Their  next fundraising activity is the “All American, Red, White and Blue Walk for a Cure, on October 31, 2012 during the scheduled  PE time.  Students are encouraged to wear Red, White and Blue however, they may dress as their favorite book character. there will be one winner from each grade level with the most Red, White and Blue spirit.  JES/PTO Relay for Life Team Royals will be giving all students a FREE Patriotic Popsicle.

Students should collect donations and put them an envelope or Ziploc bag. He/She will NOT get pledges and then return to retrieve the money. Please collect all money ahead of time. All money collected is to be turned in the day of the event when your student comes to walk.  This will allow  time to give prizes and put student’s names in a drawing while they are present.  Please DO NOT send money before the walk.

Every student that collects a minimum of five dollars will be entered into a drawing for misc. prizes. We will have one winner from each grade level with the most Red, White and Blue spirit.
