Perdido Key is Ready for the Labor Day Weekend
Perdido Key businesses and residents are hoping for a busy Labor Day weekend after Hurricane Isaac caused minimal damage to the barrier island.
No major damage had been reported to the Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce.

Perdido Key is a popular spot for visitors; many take advantage of the three-day Labor Day weekend to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and nightclubs, not to mention parks that take up more than half the land on the 16-mile long island between Pensacola, Fla. and Orange Beach, Ala.
