Tipler Arrested For Solicitation to Commit Murder
State Attorney Bill Eddins and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced today that James Harvey Tipler was arrested for two counts of Solicitation to Commit First Degree Premeditated Murder and Attempted First Degree Premeditated Murder upon Assistant State Attorney Russell Edgar.
Mr. Tipler is currently incarcerated in the Okaloosa County Jail and is facing charges of Racketeering and the Unlicensed Practice of Law.
