TS Debby Stalls and Brings More Rain

TS Debby is located at 28.3N and 85.9W about 110 South Southwest of Apalachicola.  Winds remain around 60 mph.  As of 8 pm the storm was stationary.  The pressure was at 991MB.

Debby was consolidated all of the small multiple swirls into a well defined low-level circulation center.  There could be a slight chance of strengthening before Debby comes onto land.  Right now she is stalled but is expected to move North Northwest within the next couple of days.  During the next two days TS Debby could bring 4 to 6 inches of rain to our area.
