TS Debby headed East?

TS Debby is located at .28.4N 85.8W this is about 205 miles East South East of the Mississippi River.   TS Debby is a slow moving storm going about 3 mph with a pressure of 993MB and sustained winds at 60 mph.  These are the coordinates as of 5 pm.

At the latest advisory the warnings have come down from Mississippi west over the gulf coast.  They continue to be in place from the Mississippi/Alabama State line east to Englewood, Florida.  There has been a significant change in the forecast track.  The forecast is for TS Debby to come inland around the south of the Suwannee River to the east of Englewood, Florida.  TS Debby is described as a sprawling system.  Most of the rain and thunderstorm activity is in a band way east of the center.  TS Debby may have a slight chance of strengthening due to remaining over the water for several days.

Experts remain cautious on the path of the storm.  With a slow moving storm the direction could change suddenly.
