Grand Opening for The Fitness Center
The Grand Opening for The Fitness Center in Jay, Florida will be on Tuesday, June 19th from 12PM-2PM. All are welcome to come and tour the facilities.
The Fitness Center is located at 4018 Florida Avenue, Jay, FL 32565 behind The Terrace Assisted Living Facility. They have a 24/7 Access, a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Certified Personal Trainer and many Low-Impact Classes.
They will be hosting all insurance companies with The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program. This program offers older adults the opportunity to maintain a healthy lifestyle, through exercise and a wellness program.
