First Time Home Buyer Program in Santa Rosa County
Santa Rosa County’s homebuyer program provides assistance for low-income families to help them achieve
their dream of owning a home. For many families the biggest barrier to homeownership is the down payment
and closing costs. Eligible homebuyers can receive up to $10,000 to help with these expenses.
