Alger-Sullivan Historical Society will host the 2nd Annual Sawmill Day & Car Show Fund raiser on Saturday, May 5, 2012.
There will be continuous entertainment: Local Country and gospel singers, dancers and music. The Panhandle Auto Club members and others showing prize automobiles, modified, restored, antiques.
“Old 100″ Logging and sawmill steam locomotive restoration in process. There will be Hot barbeque, cold drinks, ice cream, Woodworking and old-time crafts, Local and regional history books, museum tours, Blacksmith shop, inside yard sale, Turtle Point Petting Zoo, Perdido Bay Tribe, Southeastern Lower Muscogee Creek Indians.
