Royals Keep Rolling in Tennis

The Jay High Boys Royals Tennis Team won at T R Miller, Tuesday afternoon.  The Boys were 5-4.  The Lady Royals had a tough time dropping the Meet 0-9. Although, the Lady Royals did not win a set they did win several games and no one had a shut out.    At T R Miller, there were a new set of rules.  They played a nine game match and there were no Ad-In or Ad-Out points.  This provided and extra singles and doubles match.

Results for the Royals: Evan Goodson 8-2, Eric Travino 8-5, Cody Paramore 8-6, Justice Garcia 1-8, Dylan Wolfe 8-2 and Kane Caraway 5-8; Doubles: Evan/Eric 7-9, Cody/Justice 8-5, Dylan/Kane 2-8.

Results for the Lady Royals: Emily Russell 3-8, Sarah Whitehead 3-8, Allison Russell 2-8, Carly Owens 4-8, Katheryn English 3-8 and Meredith Owens 1-8; Doubles: Emily/Allison 2-8,  Sarah/Carly 3-8, Katheryn/Meredith 4-8.
