People on the Move – Nick Porter

PENSACOLA, Fla. (February 29, 2012) – Baptist Health Care would like to announce Nick Porter as the new director of compensation, benefits, payroll and HRIS.  Porter was previously at Lakeview Center in a similar role. He has extensive experience in compensation strategies, Lawson HRIS systems and benefits administration and strategy.

Porter graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
