Berrydale Baptist Mission Group Returns from Honduras

Berrydale Baptist had five church members, including Minister Robert Gandy, who recently returned from a mission trip to Honduras, in which they spent 2 weeks helping to build a school. The five participants were Brother Gandy, Jerry and Linda Barnhill, Max Ray Smith and Tobey Russell.

Max Ray Smith spearheaded the trip to Honduras and helped to recruit participants and raise funds. He has been to Honduras several times and explained to the congregation on Sunday, Feb. 5th, that Honduras holds a special place in his heart. Smith has been doing mission work in countries all over the world since the early seventies and is heading up a  trip to Kenya, Africa in July.
