Jaguars Lose A Close One to End the Season

Despite having four Jaguars score double digits Central fell to Poplar Springs 61-63.  This ball game was like a pendulum on a clock.  The momentum shifted along with the points.  The Jaguars were down 8-16 in the first quarter only to come back and lead by 3 at the half.  Up by 10 early in the fourth, the Jaguars were unable to shut down the long ball shooting by Poplar Springs.  With seconds on the clock Poplar Springs took the lead with a big 3 point shot and Central was unable to score and thus ended their season.

Scoring for the Jaguars were: Zac Wright -18 points, Nick Waters – 16 points,  Bryce Kareski -11 points, Gavin Richardson -10 points, Dalton Wright -3 points, and Victor Dixon -3 points.
