Pre-K Registration at Central
Pre-K registration will be held at Central on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Please proved the following information:
1. Child’s Birth Certificate
2. Proof of income for All Family Members (W-2, AFDC, all pay stubs for the preceding month, Social Security, SSI, Child Support, Grants, Unemployment, etc.)
3. Proof of residence in Santa Rosa County (utility bill, rent receipt, lease agreement, etc.)
