Cold Weather Shelters Open Tonight

Two cold weather shelters for the homeless or heatless will open Saturday and Sunday nights, Jan. 28 and 29, in Santa Rosa County:

∙       Ferris Hill Baptist Church located at 6848 Chaffin Street, Milton
∙       Community Christ Church located at 2111 Presidio Street, Navarre

Those who would like to stay at the shelter must arrive between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. No one will be admitted after 8:30 p.m. unless brought in by law enforcement.  The shelter will close at 7 a.m. each morning.
