The Three Finalist for Santa Rosa County Teacher of the Year. They are: Kenneth Long, West Navarre Intermediate; Shawn Wilcox, West Navarre Primary; and Jeffery Baugus, Woodlawn Beach Middle. The Winner for Teacher of the Year will be announced on Friday, Jan. 27th.
