Williamson named as Teacher of the Year at Jay High School
Brandi Williamson was selected as the Teacher of the Year 2011-2012 at Jay High School. Brandi has been with Santa Rosa County for 8 years. Currently she is a English teacher and the Dual Enrollment Instructor at Jay.
Brandi has her Master’s Degree from the University of West Florida.
“I am so honored to be a part of a profession that allows me to make a difference in lives of our children each day. To have the ability to help a child in need is a truly precious gift and one that I hold near and dear to my heart “, Brandi states.
Brandi’s plans for the immediate future are to begin work on her Ed.D. in Instruction and Curriculum next Fall at the University of West Florida and to continue each day to try to be the best teacher she can be for her students, her school and her community.
