Lady Royals sweep Catholic
The Jay High School Lady Royals sweep Catholic in both JV and Varsity Basketball action Friday night. The Royals won the varsity game 44-30. Scoring for the Lady Royals were: Tessa Hendricks -13, Hillary Hendricks -13, Becca Calloway -11, Taylor Moore – 2, Olivia Wright -2, and Emily Russell -2.
The Jr. Lady Royals defeated Catholic 24-18. Scoring in the win for the Royals were: Carissa Mulford -10, Morgan Kelly -8, Samantha Steadham -4, and Dana Blackmon -2.
