Baptist Health Care Offers Parenthood Educational Classes September and October 2011

PENSACOLA, Fla. (August 25, 2011) – Baptist Health Care offers a variety of learning opportunities and support groups designed to emotionally and physically prepare mothers and couples for childbirth and parenthood. Classes are offered monthly and quarterly and are guided by certified clinical educators who combine knowledge and expertise with compassion and fun. 

Fri., September 2 – Sibling Class – $15 per child (3 to 8 years old) 
Baptist Hospital, Prenatal Classroom, 3 rd floor

Fri., September 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 – Maybe Baby Fridays 
Friendship Missionary Administrative Offices
1630 North F Street
8:30 a.m. to noon
This initiative provides women a safe, private, nurturing environment to confirm pregnancy and receive educational and support tools to bolster a favorable birth outcome. Participants will have access to prenatal care educational materials, social services and community programs consult, Presumptive Pregnancy Medicaid Eligibility and healthy lifestyle educational materials.
