Tropical Storm Emily-dissipated

Only a surface trough remains from TS Emily.  The NOAA will be watching today the area over the weekend.  The conditions are favorable for the storm to redevelop (60%), but predictions indicate that with the northwestward movement it will not pose a threat to the US.
