Central beat Central Christian 9 to 1 on Tuesday.  Hannah Wakeman was the winning pitcher Last night Central softball  beat Malone 19 to 7. Dana Blackmon was the winning pitcher  The lady Jags are six and one so far in their district.

Jaguars baseball teams top Laurel Hill

The Central Jaguars baseball teams, JV and Varsity, beat Laurel Hill tonight.  The Varsity team’s score was 3-1 and The JV team had a shut out 7-0.

Santa Rosa Adult to hold classes at Jay High

Three Central Jags sign with JDCC

Friday was a great day for the Jags at Central.  Three young ladies signed scholarships to play volleyball with Jefferson Davis in Brewton.  The teammates will continue to play together, taking friendship and talent to the Brewton campus.   The seniors are Brittney Forsythe, Natalie Jernigan, and Haleigh Padgett.

Jay Elementary student supports his Coach

Jay’s FFA Land Judging team- 1st place

The Jay FFA Land Judging team of Satchel Starling, Olivia Moore, Brooklyn Linzy and Alisha Roberts placed first at the FFA county land judging contest last Friday.  Satchel Starling was the High Scoring Individual at the contest. Congratulations to all.
