The Jay Royals were sent off in style as they left to go to Fort Myers on Monday. The JHS Royal Pride Band and the JHS teachers and students all cheered the Royals as they left campus.

The Lady Royals won a nail-bitter over Northview to win the District 1-1A Championship by a score of 7-6. The Lady Royals scored two runs in the top of the 7th inning to take the lead from the Chiefs.
