North Santa Rosa

Prep Football Week 8

JAY (2-4) @ NORTHVIEW (2-4)—KICKOFF 7:00PM

This rivalry game promises to be an exciting ones as there are usually fireworks on the field when these two get together. Neither the Royals nor the Chiefs are probably content with their records thus far in the 2025 season, but a win tonight really propels either squad into possibly finishing strong and with a possible winning record. Jay got back in the win column last week, defeating Central 47-7. Northview lost a close one to Baker, 22-19. The Royals may not be 100%, but we suspect the Royals can overcome.

Last season, Jay defeated Northview 34-0.

PACE (5-1) @ Tate (5-1)—KICKOFF 7:00PM

What a game this one is shaping up to be. Pace is coming off a big road win (albeit over a 1A school, but a powerhouse 1A school). The Patriots traveled to Madison County last week and came back to Santa Rosa County with a 20-18 win. Tate is coming off an open week. Before that, they took down Navarre, 29-26. The only shared opponent for the two schools was Gulf Breeze and they both won convincingly. This should be a great game!

Last season Pace defeated Tate, 42-7.
