North Santa Rosa

Prep Football Week 3

Pace (1-1) @ Gulf Breeze (0-2)—Kickoff 7:00pm

Pace took care of business last week as they hosted and defeated Pensacola Catholic, 41-20. The Patriots leaned heavy on their run game and Catholic had no answer. Can the Dolphins do any better? Gulf Breeze is hoping they can get in the win column, but they’ll need some help from their offense; 19 points so far in two games.

Last season, Pace blanked Gulf Breeze, 55-0.

Baker (2-0) @ Central (0-2)—Kickoff 7:00pm

Central lost last week to Uriah 26-7 last week. The Jaguars were leading at halftime, 7-6, but ran out of gas. It doesn’t get any easier for the clearly improving Jaguars over the next two weeks as they host Baker tonight and Northview next week.

Last season, Baker defeated Central 42-7.

Thursday night, Milton (3-0) defeated Washington, 14-13. Next up for Milton is undefeated Tate.

Jay (1-1) is open this week. They travel to Baker next week for the “War on Highway 4.”

Predictions

Northsantarosa.com went a lousy 1-2 last week with picks. Hopefully we do better…

The Patriots will have their way pretty easily on Friday in Gulf Breeze. Pace 48 Gulf Breeze 10

Central is improving as a program, but not still has room to grow. Baker 38 Central 13
