Lady Royals Advance
Thursday-Jay (18-3) defeated Laurel Hill (13-8) to advance to the District Championship by a score of 63-54.
The Lady Royals were able to overcome a slow start, scoring only five first quarter points.
Jay now hosts Paxton for the District Championship on Saturday. Tipoff is at 7pm. Jay has defeated the Bobcats (19-3) twice already this year; 61-48 at Paxton and 58-37 at Jay.
