Lady Royals now 6-0
Friday-Jay (6-0) hosted LEAD Academy and got a big 49-18 win. The Lady Royals jumped out on the Lions early and kept the pressure on throughout the night.
Jay spread out the scoring as eight different Lady Royals scored. Carleigh Baker and Aubreigh Nelson led the way with eight points each.
Just as impressive as the Lady Royals scoring was their smothering defense. LEAD was held to single digit points in each of the four quarters.
Up next for Jay is a home matchup versus rival Baker on Monday.
