Gameday…Week 8 (With Predictions)
Jay (4-2) @ Northview (2-4)-Kickoff at 7:00pm
Jay is coming off a two game losing skid after starting off 4-0. Last week, Holmes County came into Merle V. North and outmanned the Royals. Jay matches up better this week with their rivals from Northview. The Chiefs have won two games this year; Baker, last week, 28-0 and Lighthouse in week three, 35-0. Jay will need to shut down the Chiefs run game while getting their offense going at the same time.
Last year, Northview defeated Jay, 49-13.
Navarre (4-2) @ Milton (2-4)-Kickoff at 7:30
Milton and Navarre are on two different trends currently. After starting 0-2, Navarre has won four in a row. After starting out 2-1, Milton has lost three in a row by a combined score of 155-49. The Raiders have found their way offensively, scoring 35 or more points in each of those last four wins. Milton will have have find a way to slow down Navarre and shorten the game if they hope to have a chance in this one.
Last year, Navarre defeated Milton, 34-27.
Pace (5-1) @ Tate (4-2)-Kickoff at 7:00pm
This is the game everyone is talking about this week. Pace is off to its best start in ten years. The Patriots have won four in a row, including big wins over West Florida, Crestview, and Gulf Breeze. Tate, just as Pace has, defeated West Florida. Tate can score too, scoring 40+ points in five of their six games thus far in the season. First one to 45 in this game wins it.
Last year, Pace defeated Tate 38-9.
