Royals Volleyball Improve to 6-1
The Lady Royals, now 6-1, went on the road to Brewton on Thursday and defeated T.R. Miller (5-6), 3 sets to 1. Jay was able to bounce back from their first loss of the season last week at the hands of Milton. Jay won the first two sets, before dropping the third to T.R. Miller.
Senior Ella Nelson had 16 digs, followed by Kalie Gilbreath who had 13. Gilbreath also had a good night with 11 kills.
Jay plays at Baker on Friday.
