Jay Storms the Hurricanes

Wednesday-Jay (6-1) traveled across state lines and into rival territory and got a 4-2 win over Flomaton(1-6). The Hurricanes got the game’s first run in the 3rd inning, but Jay answered right back scoring 3 runs in the top of the 4th. The Jay bats were a little cool compared to the last few games, but playing small ball and making the most of situational baseball was enough for the Royals to get the win. Freddy Carnley went 2/2 on the night, while Justin Smarr and Kade Gilbreath both recorded hits. Wyatt Peaden went 2/3 on the night as well.
