Benjie West named principal at JHS
On Wednesday afternoon, Dr. Karen Barber, Santa Rosa County Superintendent of Schools, introduced Benjie West as the new principal at Jay High School, pending school board approval. West, who is a Jay High alumni, has been an assistant principal at Central High School as well as at Milton High School.
The next Santa Rosa County School Board meeting is June 3rd, meaning Mr. West’s first official day as principal will be June 4th.
